McKesson Medical-Surgical is a distributor of medical and surgical supplies and a subsidiary of McKesson, operating within McKesson's Distribution Solutions business segment. With a network of more than 35 US distribution centers, McKesson Medical-Surgical offers more than 150,000 products, including its own private-label line of patient exam, wound care, and laboratory supplies to doctors' offices, surgery centers, long-term care facilities, and home care businesses across the country. In 2013 parent McKesson acquired PSS World Medical and announced that it would gradually integrate PSS with McKesson Medical-Surgical to form a leading alternate site distribution company in North America.
